FAQs
We provide onsite support Monday-Friday 8am-5pm but our help desk is available 24/7/365 days of the year. So, no matter where you are and what time, you will have access to one of our technicians at your fingertips.
You can get in contact with our support by dialing our support line, sending an email to our support email or starting a chat with one of our technicians right from your desktop. It doesn’t get easier than that.
Managed IT Services allows a business to offload IT operations to a service provider, known as a Managed Services Provider. The managed service provider assumes an ongoing responsibility for 24-hour monitoring and problem resolution for the IT systems within a business. Making it easier for business owner to focus on their company, while leaving the responsibilities of technology to Nymbus.
There are many variables when it comes to an IT network, so we provide pricing based on per user and/or per device. From there we consider additional information such as network complexity, line of business application requirements, backup services, business process requirements, service level requirements and overall technical support. Basic services start with Monitoring Only, where we monitor your business 24/7/365 and assist with issue resolution for an additional cost. We also offer an All Inclusive option that provides remote/onsite support and 24/7 help desk.
We work very closely with each individual customer. Customers gain access to our massive help desk, assigned onsite technical support and a point of contact that you can reach out to with any questions. We take outsourced IT and make it personal.
Increased operational efficiency, reduced operating costs, cost-effective access to enterprise-level support, minimized downtime, allows the focus to be on running your business, not the technology and peace of mind from knowing that your network is monitored and secured 24/7/365.
Hands down, Managed IT Services. Instead of following the old-school tradition of break-fix (literally meaning wait until the server, desktops and other critical networking devices fail, then scramble to fix them), a business operating with a Managed IT provider focuses on the prevention of these issues before they disrupt the business and clients. If you fall behind in keeping up with things such as backups, patches and security, the odds greatly increase that you’ll face an IT emergency that will have negative impact on your business.
