We provide onsite support Monday-Friday 8am-5pm but our help desk is available 24/7/365 days of the year. So, no matter where you are and what time, you will have access to one of our technicians at your fingertips.

Managed IT Services allows a business to offload IT operations to a service provider, known as a Managed Services Provider. The managed service provider assumes an ongoing responsibility for 24-hour monitoring and problem resolution for the IT systems within a business. Making it easier for business owner to focus on their company, while leaving the responsibilities of technology to Nymbus.

There are many variables when it comes to an IT network, so we provide pricing based on per user and/or per device. From there we consider additional information such as network complexity, line of business application requirements, backup services, business process requirements, service level requirements and overall technical support. Basic services start with Monitoring Only, where we monitor your business 24/7/365 and assist with issue resolution for an additional cost. We also offer an All Inclusive option that provides remote/onsite support and 24/7 help desk.

We work very closely with each individual customer. Customers gain access to our massive help desk, assigned onsite technical support and a point of contact that you can reach out to with any questions. We take outsourced IT and make it personal.
